Zoning By-law amendments to add a new use in Zone C-4-280

Context

The owner of the commercial building located at 4884-4900 boulevard Saint-Jean has filed an application to amend the Zoning By-law with the Borough. As part of this request, you are invited to comment on the proposed new use of “retail sale of tires, batteries and accessories” in Zone C-4-280.

The purpose of this amendment is to allow for the establishment of a new business at 4884-4900 Saint-Jean Boulevard, which will offer the retail sale of batteries and accessories.
