The owner of the commercial building located at 13065-13135 boulevard Gouin Ouest has filed an application to amend the Zoning By-law with the Borough in order to allow a new use for an existing business located at 13081 boulevard Gouin Ouest. As part of this request, you are invited to comment on the proposed new use of “establishment with reception or banquet hall” in zone C-5-311.
