Context
The owner of the commercial building located at 14910-14920 boulevard de Pierrefonds has filed an application to amend the Zoning By-law with the Borough. As part of this request, you are invited to comment on the proposed new use of “restaurant with limited service (establishment that serves clients at the counter or by phone and where clients pay before eating)” in Zone C-4-276.
The purpose of this amendment is to allow for the construction of a new restaurant with drive-thru at 14910-14920, boulevard de Pierrefonds at the intersection of rue Saint-Pierre.
